How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 1-3 days after dispatch. Order before 2pm for same day dispatch.

Are your products cruelty free?

All empire beauty products are cruelty free.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately no, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship throughout New Zealand. 

What is your return policy?

Please get in contact with us within 14 days of ordering if you are wanting to return your items. We can only accept unopened items. Please keep a copy of your order information.
